Pastry (Wheat Flour(Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Vegetable Oil Spread (Palm & Rapeseed Oil), Water, Salt, Preservative (Potassium Sorbate)) Milk, Egg, Garlic, Thyme, Salt, Pepper.

Do not cook from Frozen - Defrost in refrigerator for at least 36 hours
Place on a lined and greased baking tray. For an extra shine Glaze with egg yolk.
Pre heat fan assisted oven to 170°. Cook for 50 minutes or until the centre reaches 50°. For Well done beef wellington cook for a further 10-12 minutes (Probe at 65°)
When cooked rest for a further 10-15 minutes.
When rested, carve and serve.
